The Central Bodies are organisations that cooperate with the Hellenic-German Youth Foundation (EGIN) and are responsible for the initial processing and approval of applications for the subsidy of the programmes.
The National Olympic Academy (NOCA) is the first central body to collaborate in Greece with the German-Greek Youth Foundation and the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in September 2023 by the President of NOCA Mr. George Alikakos and the General Directors of NOCA Ms. Maria Sarigiannidou and Gerasimos Bekas. .
The National Olympic Academy collaborates with the Hellenic Olympic Committee for the promotion of the philosophy of Olympism and the Olympic Ideals with the aim of developing Olympic Education programmes and supports the Greek-German exchange programmes in sport in many different sports.
