The Paralympian Kelly Loufaki at the Primary School of Paradissi

In the framework of the project «Let's all share together the passion for the Games» “Partagons tous ensemble la passion de Jeux”, Erasmus + CHLOERIS and in collaboration with ETHNOA , on Thursday 31 March a special event was held at the Primary School of Paradeisii with the world champion in wheelchair fencing, Kelly Loufaki.

The athlete spoke to the students about road safety, about the difficulties that a person with mobility problems may face in their everyday life and about the values of sport. Through her example we can see how faith, perseverance and dedication can lead us to the conquest of goals.

The students talked to the athlete and experienced the sport of wheelchair fencing in an experiential way, something that excited them very much. A special moment was also when the pupils of the 5th and 6th classes presented the drawings they had prepared, choosing to write on them a single word such as «effort» , «strength» , «strength» , «faith» , «love» , «courage» , "goal".

This action left only positive impressions to the students and to the entire teaching staff who had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Kelly Loufakis.
