The Olympic basketball champion, Polly Saregou, participated in the 3rd Scientific Workshop «WITH HAND ON HEART», held on March 29, 2026 at the Thessaloniki Olympic Museum, by the Association «Vasiliki Komnou's LOVE».
The aim of the event was to provide scientific information, raise awareness and highlight critical public health issues such as heart health, demographics and mental health.
Representing the National Olympic Academy, the champion said:
«What I hold most dear is the power of information, prevention and, above all, cooperation. Because only together can we build a healthier, more aware and more humane society. I feel truly grateful to have had the opportunity to attend.
