The Olympic champion of basketball, Polly Sarregou, visited the 1st Primary School of Thermi in Thessaloniki on 16/10/2024 .
He talked about the Olympic values with the children of the A and B classes, and they focused their discussion mainly on the values of friendship and respect.
Through interactive games, the children understood these two very important values and cooperated harmoniously with each other, showing great interest.Also, due to the celebration of the World Food Day, a reference was made to balanced nutrition, relating it to the necessity of balance of body, soul and mind, which leads to both moral and spiritual development.
