His Eminence Metropolitan of Zambia, Mr. John, who serves under the Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa, visited the offices of the National Olympic Academy, where he was welcomed by the Vice President Olivia Dontis, the Olympic champion in weightlifting George Tzelilis, and the distinguished athletes Christina Kaltsa (rhythmic gymnastics) and Anna Charalambidou (water polo).
During his visit, he was informed about the activities of the NPHO and received commemorative t-shirts for the children of the Metropolis. Through the communication, avenues of cooperation were established to strengthen the educational work of the Orthodox Church in Zambia.
