The Hellenic Olympic Committee participates in the project «Golden Memories», an online photo gallery for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. The project was initiated by the Czech Olympic Academy and many National Olympic Academies have contributed by enriching the gallery with photos from their archives. The contribution of the NOC is significant as it has rich and rare photographic material from the Flame Lighting and Handover Ceremony and other historical highlights.
