Ftouli and Papachristos talk to students of the Kato Lechonia High School

Eleftheria Ftouli (artistic swimming) and Stergios Papachristos (rowing) visited the Kato Lechonia High School, representing the National Olympic Academy (ETHNOA), and talked to the students about their experience in sports and their path to the Olympic Games.

During the meeting, they shared the difficulties and challenges they faced on their way to becoming champions, as well as the demanding daily routine of training in their sports. With honesty and simplicity, they highlighted the importance of perseverance, discipline, cooperation and faith.

The event concluded with a dialogue, during which students had the opportunity to ask questions about the Olympic qualification process, the daily life of a high-level athlete, as well as the management of difficulties and failures.

The visit took place in the framework of the educational activities of ETHNOA, giving students the opportunity to get to know aspects of sport through the experience of the athletes themselves.
