An experiential educational activity for preschool children was implemented at the Athens Nursery Station of the General Staff of the Army in Goudi, by the National Olympic Academy with the assistance of the ASAED (Supreme Council of Sports of the Armed Forces).

The President of the National Olympic Academy and Olympic gold medalist Demosthenes Tabakos, as well as the distinguished athletes and teachers of Physical Education Sophia Simantiri (volleyball) and Christina Kalta (rhythmic gymnastics) participated in the event.

Through creative games and movement paths, children had the opportunity to discover the joy of movement, enhancing basic skills of physical, psychomotor and social development. The activity focused on collaboration, imagination and participation, fostering a supportive and enjoyable learning environment.

The programme was approached not only as a set of physical expression activities, but also as an opportunity for creativity, communication and experiential learning, offering children a first, meaningful contact with the values of sport.
