With great pleasure the National Olympic Academy of Greece, visited on December 6, 2024, with our Olympic champions George Tzelilis (Weightlifting), Giannis Tsilis (rowing), Polly Saregou (basketball), and the lifestyle doctor Mrs. Pella Petraki-Kavvadia, the 14th Kindergarten of Ioannina, the 10th Primary School of Ioannina, School of the Olympic gold medalist in rowing Stefanos Douskos and the Primary School of Kranoula.
The lifestyle doctor Mrs.Pella Petraki-Kavvadia, together with the Olympians presented in a wonderful way the new educational program of ETHNOA “The Olympic values - as an attitude to life and health”, which excited young and old.
Excellence, respect, friendship combined with a healthy lifestyle and diet were presented interactively to the students, encouraging them to adopt them in their daily lives by acquiring good and healthy habits.
The presentation was attended by the Physical Education Counsellor Mrs Vasso Kechagia, whom we thank for honoring us with her presence, as well as the Physical Education teachers Mr Michael Mertziannidis, Mr Petros Christou, Mr Nikolaos Pappa and the visual arts teacher Mr Alexandros Nikolakis for the wonderful creations prepared by the students.
