A big jump in the programme Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP), implemented by Hellenic Olympic Committee and the Hellenic Olympic Academy, landed in Grevena, home of the Olympic gold medalist in the long jump Miltos Tendoglou.
In an excellent venue, the teachers were trained in the Olympic Education Manual (OVEP), including Miltos' mother Mrs. Ioanna Papadimitriou, as well as the Olympic rowing champion Yannis Tsilis.
We are particularly grateful to the Regional Education Directorate of Grevena, the Physical Education Advisor and the Physical Education Office of Grevena for the warm welcome, hospitality and support in the realization of the training seminar of the Olympic Education Manual.
