The International Fair Play Passport was presented at the 16th International Session for NOA's and NOC's, held in Ancient Olympia, in July 2023 by the Italian Olympic Academy (AONI) and the National Olympic Academy (HOA) represented by the Professor, Sociology of Sport, Gennaro Testa and the Director of NOC Ms.Denise Panagopoulou.
